Chicken Wings with Sweet Chilli Sauce Recipe

Recipe Servings: 5 Prep Time: 10 Minutes Cook Time: 30 Minutes Total Cook Time: 40 Minutes

Crispy and mouth watering deep fried chicken wings. Served with sweet chilli sauce and sour cream

How to Make Chicken Wings with Sweet Chilli Sauce

1.For seasoning, take some flour, salt and pepper. Coat the chicken wings with the seasoned flour mix.
2.Whisk an egg and dip the floured chicken wings in it.
3.Now, coat the chicken wings with the panko bread crumbs completely.
4.Deep fry the chicken wings for 4-5 minutes.
5.For the sweet chilli sauce, heat a pan,take hot sauce, honey, chilli flakes, Thai hot-chilli sauce, some water and butter. Bring it to a boil and cook it on low simmer till the liquid turns into a thick consistency.
6.In a deep bowl take the fried chicken wings, drizzle some sweet chilli sauce and toss it together.
7.In a small cup, take sour cream, sprinkle some salt and pepper and garnish with chives.
8.To Serve: Serve chicken wings with sweet chilli sauce and sour cream.

Ingredients Of Chicken Wings With Sweet Chilli Sauce

  • 1/2 kg chicken wings
  • 4 Tbsp of flour
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • 1 egg
  • 100 gms panko bread crumbs
  • 1/2 cup hot sauce
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tsp chilli flakes
  • 1 tsp Thai hot-chilli sauce
  • 1 glass water
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • Canola oil
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 Tbsp chopped chives

One of Rocky Singh's favorite Thai dish. Chicken mince tossed in mild oriental flavors with aromatic basil leaves.Ingredients Of Gka Prow Gai (Basil Chicken)
500 gm coarse chicken mince
1/2 pod garlic chopped
5 green or red chilly, pasted
1 small onion, chopped fine
1 tsp palm sugar (or plain sugar)
3 Tbsp cooking oil
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp oyster sauce
Fish sauce to taste (or salt)
Pepper to taste
25 basil Leaves
How to Make Gka Prow Gai (Basil Chicken)1.Heat oil in pan till very hot.2.Add garlic till brown, then onion, chilly paste and sugar.3.As soon as onion turns transparent add the mince and cook till almost done.4.Add a little water (30 ml) once it starts cooking well5.Add the sauces (soy, oyster and fish) and the pepper.6.When the mince is done add the basil leaves.7.Serve hot.8.Remember:9.Cook the mince well before adding the sauces. (do not overcook)10.Add the basil leaves right at the end and switch off heat as soon as you do, the leaves will taste better when fresh.11.Serve fresh and eat with plain rice.
